SUPER ABSORBENT

 Introduction

Water is one of the most important elements of our planet. In today's world where population is growing so fast, a lack or excess of water can have a direct effect on our lives and can cause major problems. That is why we have developed sustainable technologies and methods to overcome these problems.

 What is SuperAB A200?

SuperAB A200 is a synthetic polymer, capable of absorbing, conserving and releasing water in large quantities in aqueous solution. Superab has the capacity to absorb more than 200 time its mass of water. This granule increases volume when the polymer comes in contact with water. The water absorbed and kept within the molecular structure by the principal of Osmosis, and released steadily in the soil as required by the plants.

Advantages

General

 Designed for use as soil supplement for responsible water management in agriculture and agro-environmental applications: landscaping, forestry, crops and horticulture, grass and turf management, aesthetic and recreational gardening, greenhouses, etc.

 Regulates water in the case of surplus or shortage (under hydric or drought stresses)

 Durable and effective for more than 5 years. The structure permits it to be kept in the soil for a long period, lasting several seasons

 Biodegradable, ecological and environmentally friendly, reduce pesticide and fertilizer loss by leaching into ground water, and protects the environment against drought and ground water pollution

 Safe and economic

APPLICATIONS

 Reduces the watering frequency by 50 %, maximizes time intervals between irrigation cycles. Water is absorbed, stored and released steadily when needed by the plant

 Optimizes the use of fertilizers and pesticides

 Eliminates drying of soil and soil mixes, controls moisture, minimizes hydric and dry stresses that slow plant growth. Extends the cultivation period

 Reduces soil compaction and increases aeration of the soil and the root

 Stores and retains water and nutrients in the root zone that may otherwise have been lost to leaching. Absorbs, retains, releases and reabsorbs.

 Permits cultivation on a slope, reduces soil erosion, and loss by up to 90%

 Nurtures the soil once degraded

 Reduces transportation and storage stresses for flowers, grass rolls, young plants

 May be used indoors or outdoors

 Other useful applications include construction, flood management, waste treatment, etc.

 Saves time, reduces labour and cost
